The conference centre has the following elements: 

• Auditorium (350 people) 
• Provincial Council Chamber (100 people) 
• Multifunctional area, also acting as a catering area 
• Additional areas (only available for hire alongside the council chamber and/or the auditorium) 
  • Two large meeting rooms (one permanent, one flexible, for 35-40 people each) 
  • VIP restaurant on the 14th floor (from 6 p.m. on weekdays) 
  • Meeting rooms in the public area on the 3rd floor (weekends and holidays only) 

The conference centre is due to open at the end of 2019.
